THE SOLUTION
We structured, launched and managed one of the first Social Impact Bonds in continental Europe, helping young immigrants in Belgium find their first job. The programme pairs job seekers under thirty with experienced coaches in pre retirement or retirement, who meet weekly for six months to support the search for work. Investors financed delivery upfront and were repaid by the outcome funder against a verified re employment result. It closed in 2018 with a successful outcome for investors.
