The Solution
Tokarev Foundation, a Ukrainian foundation, joined the Accelerator to launch a EUR 3 to 5M impact venture capital fund and was one of our earliest clients in the programme. Over a five-month co-creation engagement, Human Planet co-created the fund blueprint, Theory of Change, market analysis, impact measurement framework, private placement memorandum, pitch deck, term sheet, investor outreach strategy and a general partner and fund financial model, together with Luxembourg fund structuring support.
