Christian is the founder and managing director of MzN International. Christian is a governance reform and organisational change expert, specialising in digital transformation and making non-profit organisations financially sustainable. At MzN International, he leads our consulting and training work across 20 countries. Christian holds a postgraduate degree in international relations and is a qualified chartered accountant with more than 10 years of experience working in emerging economies and fragile contexts. He continues with research in areas relating to development and aid. In 2015, together with Dr. Adrian Flint from the University of Bristol, Christian developed the concept of beneficiary-led aid.

Florian Kemmerich is a seasoned expert in impact investing, capital advisory, and innovative finance solutions. With over two decades of experience, Florian has a proven track record in driving growth, structuring high-impact finance strategies, and scaling businesses globally. His expertise spans leadership roles in impact investing and the healthcare sector, with a particular focus on blended finance, growth-stage investments, and capital mobilization to drive sustainable outcomes. Prior to joining Human Planet, Florian held key leadership positions where he successfully mobilized capital to address some of the world’s most pressing challenges. His deep understanding of global markets and commitment to leveraging finance as a tool for positive change aligns with Human Planet’s mission to scale impact through collaboration between the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors.

Sabrin Rahman is a global sustainability and partnerships executive with over 20 years of experience advising governments, financial institutions, and corporates on capital mobilisation, growth strategy, and sustainable finance across Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East.
Prior to joining Human Planet, Sabrin served as Managing Director and Head of Sustainability for Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, and Turkey at HSBC, where she led regional strategy and client advisory across 26 markets. She supported the structuring and deployment of billions in capital across climate finance, blended finance, philanthropy, and transition-aligned investments, while strengthening governance, risk, and execution frameworks for large institutions and investors. Her leadership contributed to HSBC being recognised by Euromoney as the Middle East’s Best Bank for Sustainable Finance for six consecutive years.
She also played a senior role in global climate diplomacy as Director of Partnerships for COP28 UAE, working with governments and the private sector to advance large-scale collaboration across finance, technology, and policy.
Sabrin holds a Master’s in Sustainability Leadership from the University of Cambridge and a Master’s in Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Sydney, and is a UK Chartered Banker in Green and Sustainable Finance. She is recognised among the Top 100 Women in Climate and brings a strong commercial lens, global networks, and execution-focused leadership to organisations seeking to align capital, growth, and impact.

Cédric has over twelve years of experience in global development, impact finance and policy advisory with international institutions such as the World Bank, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF), French Development Agency and BNP Paribas. Cédric has built a deep understanding of impact measurement and monitoring. Recently, he helped BMGF launch a result-based management initiative to strengthen the monitoring and evaluation tools of the $2.5bn Lives and Livelihoods Fund. Cédric holds a Master’s degree in Finance & Strategy from Sciences Po Paris and a Master’s Degree in Engineering from École Centrale Nantes.

Juliette holds a Master Degree in Management from HEC Business School in Paris and spent 6 months at the Indian Institute of Management in Bangalore.​
She since built 3 years of experience in social business and sustainable development consulting, in New Delhi and Paris, working both for social entrepreneurs and large corporations.
Juliette joined Human Planet formerly KOIS in 2018 and has been working on developing innovative finance mechanisms on topics such as accessibility to eye care & improving the livelihood of young women in Africa.

Francesca has worked with impact investors, non-profits and hybrids, foundations and at Human Planet formerly KOIS supports blended finance projects focused on agriculture, waste and health. Prior to Human Planet formerly KOIS, Francesca was a risk management consultant at E&Y and an Impact Investment specialist in an Italian impact investing accelerator and venture capital where she helped scout, select, due diligence, analyze and make financial models for startups. She also collaborates with University of Bologna as a researcher on social venture capital and impact investing and publishing, among other studies, an international paper. She holds a master’s degree in Sustainable Finance from the University of Cattolica as well as a BSc in Economics and an MSc in finance at the University of Bologna.

Tracy has over 9 years of experience spanning corporate finance, risk management, and strategy & operations, having worked across start ups, incubators, debt providers, and multinational banks. At Human Planet formerly KOIS, Tracy supports the Global CFO while actively contributing to the firm’s advisory and asset management business. Tracy became a CFA charterholder, from the CFA Institute, Virginia, USA in 2018, and she has a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Media (Journalism) from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai.

Nicole is the Training Manager for Human Planet formerly KOIS Advisory and is responsible for the operations of the in-person Training Courses. Nicole has a diverse educational background, holding a Post Graduate Diploma in Sport Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology with Honors. She has more than 13 years working in education and training across many different sectors.
As a seasoned Project and Operations Manager, she has worked with international clients and led dynamic project teams. With a proven track record, she has also managed projects for NGOs, showcasing adaptability across diverse sectors. Nicole is passionate about education, training and development. Based in Cape Town, she also enjoys all things outdoors and spending lots of time in nature.

Toni-Ann is a Consultant with Human Planet formerly KOIS Advisory specialising in organisational & strategy development, monitoring, evaluation & learning, research, data science and project management. She has more than 7 years of experience working with public and private organisations across Latin America, the Caribbean and Europe. She has worked with international donors such as the UNDP, USAID, PAHO, UNICEF, IADB, GIZ among others and is familiar with the inner workings of several of these organisations. Toni-Ann is passionate about incorporating new technological developments in development work and actualising these for positive, sustainable advancement globally. She has a BSc in International Relations and Spanish as well as a MA in International Relations with Development. Based near Stuttgart, Toni-Ann speaks fluent English and Jamaican Patois along with intermediate Spanish and elementary German.

Betigül Onay Özman is a seasoned civil society professional with extensive experience in CSR (corporate social responsibility) and NGO management. For more than six years, she served as a Senior Program Manager at a foundation in Istanbul, in addition to her role on the foundation’s management board. During this period, she designed and managed significant CSR projects in collaboration with international NGOs such as UN Women, UNDP, and FAO, as well as private sector companies and public authorities. Betigül also managed social projects supported by international organizations, including the Swedish Embassy and the European Union. In her 15 years of experience, she has held various roles, including a variety of communication tasks such as producing communication materials and co-authoring white papers and analytical reports. Betigül was also responsible for managing partnerships and stakeholder relationships. Her accomplishments in civil society work and communications have been recognized with several awards, including the 2021 Golden Spider Best Web Design Award, the 2018 Felis Award for Best Ad Campaign, and the 2012 Grand Prize Golden Compass Award for the Life Plus Youth Program. She holds two master’s degrees, one in economics and another in management. Based in Berlin, she speaks fluent Turkish and English and has intermediate proficiency in German.

Stephen has decades of experience working in a wide range of humanitarian and development scenarios across Africa, Asia, Middle East, and Europe, and has secured funding from an array of institutional donors. He holds an LMM in public international law from the University of London; which provides a guiding perspective when it comes to the development and narration of projects. To improve the prospect of being awarded a grant, he promotes the concept that one must write for the donor evaluator, challenging them with new information, which can only come from engaging with all stakeholders, rather than relying on technical explanations.

He has successfully scaled businesses through strategic, data-driven marketing initiatives. Jon has held key roles in AI, Web3, and international trade, including positions at Relayto (USA), Openfabric AI (Romania), and Grobiz (East Africa & India). He also contributed to a 25% revenue increase at W.A.C. Rwanda. Recognised for his leadership, he was nominated for the 2022 Top Under 30 C.E.O. Award (East Africa) and named 2022 Data & Research Professional of the Year by M.A.E. Market (UK).Passionate about social impact, Jon mentors at TechStars Global – Africa and Rwanda ICT Innovation Center. He is proficient in a wide array of marketing and CRM tools like SEO-SEMrush, Clay.com, Apollo, Pipedrive, Hubspot, Salesforce, and AI/ML Chatbot training.
